Shipping and Processing Policy
Print Order Processing Time: This is simply the time it takes for us to receive your order and get it ready for shipping. Usually, this process takes about 3 to 7 business days, depending on our current workload. Just a heads-up: the estimated shipping times you see at checkout are in addition to this processing time.
Domestic Shipping: While processing can take up to 7 business days, don’t worry—most orders ship out sooner than that! Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Mishandling or Failed Delivery: I can’t take responsibility for any delivery mishaps by the shipping services (like USPS, UPS, or FedEx), or for any damage that happens after your package is delivered. It’s super important that the shipping information you provide is accurate. If your order gets sent back to my studio because the address was wrong, you’ll need to cover the re-shipping costs to the correct address.
Damaged Shipments: I take great care in packaging each order, so I recommend being gentle when you open your package. Once it’s in transit, I can’t control how the carriers handle it. If your print arrives damaged, I’ll work with you on a case-by-case basis. Just be ready to share some details and proof of the damage. You might also need to file a claim with the shipping service. Just a note: I can’t replace prints for free if they’re damaged after delivery, so please treat your artwork with care!
Lost or Stolen Packages: If your package shows as “Delivered” but you can’t find it, first check your confirmation email to make sure you entered the right shipping address. If it was sent back to me because of an incorrect address, I’d be happy to send it to the correct one, but you’ll need to cover the extra shipping costs. I can’t replace an order for free if the address was wrong. If your address is correct, it’s possible the carrier marked it as “Delivered” before it actually arrived. I suggest waiting a day or two to see if it shows up. If you think your package is lost or stolen, you’ll need to reach out to the shipping service directly. Unfortunately, I can't help with delivery or theft issues.
Ownership of the Artwork: I retain all rights to the artwork I create, including all original works and reproductions. Buyers are not allowed to reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission from me, Cyanna Grogg. You have the right to display the artwork in your home, church, or business office, but it may not be resold or reproduced.
